The Liberty Cane is comprised of three components rigidly bonded together, the HANDLE, the SHAFT and the FOOT. To visualize how these three components come together to form the Liberty Cane, please see our cane visualization demo.

The Handle is ergonomically designed for a comfortable grip and is available in various colors. It has two storage areas and accommodates a wrist strap for additional convenience.

	A spoon like compartment is designed into the cane handle to accept various electronic modules that further assist users with their daily activities. The modules snap into the front of the handle and are readily accessible for use by the cane hand. This helpful innovation is not available on other canes! 	Removable Emergency Assistance Grip to help you get up if you fall. The rear of the handle houses an Emergency Assistance Grip that can be removed from the handle and inserted into an opening in the shaft 17.5" above the foot (the same height as a standard chair). This gives the cane user additional leverage for independently up-righting oneself to return to a standing position after a fall. A simple twist and pull of the knob frees the Emergency Assistance Grip from the handle. The cane shaft is grooved to guide the Emergency Assistance Grip into the shaft. 	A wrist strap is included with each cane for your optional use. To install the strap, remove the Emergency Assistance Grip, slide the loop of the strap over the shaft, and re-insert the Emergency Assistance Grip back into the handle.

The Shaft is black in color and comes in various lengths to accommodate nearly every height. The shaft is made of lightweight aircraft aluminum to support users weighing up to 500 lbs. The Foot has a patent pending on its two part design – top and bottom (sole).
